Because our systems are built around 1 Key, 1 System, not off-the-shelf convenience, turnaround times vary slightly depending on what you’re ordering. Completely NEW TALON System Add-ons to an EXISTING TALON System (Keyed Alike) NEW or EXISTING 1Key Caravan System Shipping time depends on your location and Australia Post, but delivery is typically within the same week. Our shipping fee is based on weight of your order. Once the order is shipped you will receive tracking information via email (provided you have entered an email on check out for online purchases). NOTE: We do our best to communicate with you if we have had a surge in orders or stock shortages etc.
TALON systems are not a grab-and-go product and that’s by design. Each new system is configured and keyed in-house so your locks work together seamlessly from day one. While we keep high-turnover components in stock, fully new or more tailored setups require custom key management.
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing, plus shipping time.
When adding to an existing TALON system, we carefully match your new locks to your current key profile. This extra step ensures your “1Key” system stays intact as your setup grows.
Because this is a customised process manufactured with Australian Lock Company and then handled in-house, please allow up to 7 business days for processing, plus shipping time.
1Key Caravan kits are simpler to process and are typically packed within 2–3 business days once payment is received, then shipped.
We ask that you take care in choosing your product/s as they are custom assembled to your Caravan and keycode (for additional products). If you are unsure, please speak with our team prior to your purchase. For change of mind, we do charge a restocking fee of $50 plus freight – to cover the cost of making the items originally chosen for purchase (valid within 1 month of purchase). We offer a refund if the product is faulty. Please report any issues asap.
Your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
